Policy:

  1. Easy Return and Exchange: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your sunglasses within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your sunglasses arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects, we will gladly replace them. Please contact us immediately upon receipt to facilitate a prompt resolution.
  3. How to Initiate a Return or Repair:
    • Contact our customer service team via email to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
    • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and tags.
    • Clearly mark the RA number on the package.
    • Ship the item back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method (you’ll need to cover the cost of this shipping).
  4. Refunds and Credits: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will initiate the refund process for eligible returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit, as per your preference.

  6. Exclusions: Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, personalised or customised sunglasses may be ineligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
